DUTIES:
- ASP.Net (C#) web development with emphasis jQuery, CSS, HTML & 3rd party controls.
- Work directly with the teams technical lead on the design and approach
- Work closely with business stakeholders to provide mockups and designs
- Work within a teamwork oriented and collaborative environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve production bugs, outages and issues
- Adhere to corporate style and design guidelines
- Adhere to department development guidelines and procedures
- Adhere to IT production change control policies and procedures
- Provide regular updates on status of projects, enhancements, and bugs/incidents
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- BS in Management Information Systems preferred or equivalent work experience
- 8+ solid years of experience as a web developer on a public-facing high-traffic site
- 4+ years of experience as a web developer in ASP.Net/MVC (C#)
- 3+ years of experience with MCF or Web API
- Experience developing or working with a Web Content Management System (Web CMS)
- Hands on experience developing responsive web applications
- Hands on experience developing cross-browser friendly web sites (IE, FireFox, Chrome, Safari)
- Demonstrates self-discipline and motivation in all aspects of job performance
- Experience with System Development Lifecycle methodologies and validated systems
- Able to complete assignments with minimal direction
- Excellent verbal and written skills required with experience working on project teams
- Requires excellent analytical, problem solving, and communications skill PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience supporting high volume, public facing web sites
- Experience with web analytics (Google, SiteCatalyst)
- Experience with CSS, HTML 5, and JQuery
- Experience with Bootstrap
- Experience with ASP.Net MVC 4+
