Field Service Technician I - Milwaukee, Wisconsin

As a Field Service Technician , you will travel across the country helping customers organize and optimize their maintenance shops. Every week brings a new destination, new people, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact by creating safer, more efficient workspaces.

Whether you're mechanically inclined, enjoy working independently, or simply love a role where no two days are alike, we'd love to meet you.

You will be the face of Imperial at customer locations, partnering with our Sales team to create organized, efficient maintenance shops. Your work will include:

- Installing and organizing inventory systems, shelving, and steel bin setups.

- Identifying, labeling, stocking, and optimizing maintenance products for improved workflow.

- Training customers on our ordering technology, including scanners, mobile apps, and web tools.

- Traveling Monday through Friday to customer locations throughout the United States while building strong customer relationships.

You do not need previous Field Service experience-we will train you! We are looking for someone who is:

- Comfortable with frequent overnight travel (up to 90% during scheduled work weeks).

- Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently.

- Able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in active shop environments.

A valid driver's license and high school diploma (or equivalent) are required.
