Empower and develop clinical staff through direct oversight, targeted training, and performance evaluations that foster professional growth and team retention.

Drive quality improvement initiatives by participating in department audits and developing action plans that directly elevate patient care outcomes.

Delegate clinical assignments strategically based on individual staff competencies, balancing daily patient access needs with safe staffing ratios.

Collaborate with department leadership to update, streamline, and implement clinical processes that keep the department compliant and cutting-edge.

What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required. What additional requirements you'll need Proven leadership experience (such as Charge Nurse or Supervisor) within an Emergency Department setting.
