The Field Service Engineer performs on time and accurate Preventative Maintenance in one or more modalities of equipment. The Field Service Engineer is aware of and follows all Field Modification Instructions and/or Instrument Service Information bulletins. Works independently to trouble shoot and perform basic repairs on assigned equipment. Supports more experienced Field Engineers, both onsite and remotely, with installations while learning more complex repairs. Responsible for driving customer satisfaction through Service Excellence. The primary Modalities this FE will be responsible for will be Xray fixed and mobile, R&F, and Mammography.
