- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care. - Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life. - Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, sports medicine, and mobility-related conditions. - Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes. - Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. - Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time. - Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management. - Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians. - Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. - Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. - Treat orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, sports medicine, and mobility-related conditions. - Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies. - Accurately document patient progress and communicate treatment updates with the clinical team. - Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time. - Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management. - Collaborate with Physical Therapists and support staff to support strong patient outcomes. - Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. - Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure. - CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required. - New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation: PT $80,000 - $90,000 annually and PTA $20.00 - 30.00 per hour
