Patient Coordinator / Rehab Aide | Part-Time | Outpatient | Staunton, VA

South River Rehab & Performance, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Patient Coordinator / Rehab Aide to join our outpatient team in Staunton, Virginia. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, providing excellent customer service, and being part of a collaborative healthcare team. At South River Rehab & Performance, we provide high-quality outpatient rehabilitation services in a welcoming, patient-focused environment. Our team values teamwork, compassion, and exceptional service while helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth.
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with patient questions.
  • Support daily front-office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Assist therapists with clinic support duties and patient flow.
  • Prepare and maintain clean, organized treatment areas.
  • Help create a positive and efficient experience for every patient visit.
  • Collaborate with therapists and staff to support outstanding patient care.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
