  • Drive measurable client outcomes across product adoption, integration health, and retention through a segmented, scalable coverage model
  • Serve as a senior technical partner to our most strategic clients, and as an executive point of contact on complex initiatives
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to bring client insight into platform strategy and influence the roadmap
  • Build the enablement, knowledge, and automation foundation that allows the function to scale alongside the business

All About You The ideal candidate for this position should:

  • Have advanced experience leading technical, client-facing post-sales teams at scale
  • Bring advanced expertise in APIs, data connectivity, cloud infrastructure, and technical SLAs, with the depth to shape architecture decisions and set technical direction with client engineering and technology leaders
  • Have a proven track record of driving product adoption and integration health across a client portfolio
  • Have a demonstrated record of designing and scaling operating models, including methodology, measurement, and team capability
  • Have advanced experience influencing product direction through structured, well-evidenced client insight
  • Be a versatile communicator, able to translate technical complexity into commercial value and move between a client CTO, an internal engineering lead, and an executive audience without losing precision

Additional capabilities that would be valuable:

  • Experience in open banking, open finance, payments, or financial data infrastructure
  • Experience applying automation or AI to scale technical account management and support functions
  • Experience leading globally distributed teams
  • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;
  • Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and
  • Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
