Director, Enterprise Communications

What We're Looking For: - 9+ years of experience in internal communications, executive communications, or a related corporate communications field. - Proven track record of developing and implementing high-impact communications strategies that support a wide range of business objectives. - Experience supporting executive leadership at a high-growth, publicly traded, or Fortune 500 company. - Excellent organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - A positive, proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills - Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools is a plus - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field - Real estate industry experience is a bonus, but not required

Compensation: The base pay range for this position is $183,500 - $200,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location.

Minimum wage for the position will always be met. This is an office-based role, with our New York City Flatiron office (110 Fifth Ave.) as the preferred location.
