The Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SETC) Surface Radars & Sensors Center is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer, XBR Product Owner (PO) to work onsite in Woburn, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of a subset of Systems Engineering (SE) scope for the XBR program. This includes task planning, milestone and schedule creation, and managing competing priorities.
Typical activities include algorithm and requirements development, testing, analysis, software development/integration support, and customer presentations. The successful candidate will focus on building team capabilities while working collaboratively with internal and external customers.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
