Full job description

About the Role: Responsible for developing and executing platform product capabilities that support the growing demands of Mastercard's Global Loyalty business. Drives the enhancement of existing platforms and the delivery of new features in response to business needs, market opportunities, and technology trends. Translates business requirements and customer experiences into clear product features and functional requirements that inform the platform roadmap.

Works closely with Product Owners, Developers, UX designers, and internal stakeholders to define, build, and deliver high-quality solutions. Accountable for supporting platform performance, reliability, and continuous improvement. The Role: - Drive data-informed product outcomes at the product or capability level by monitoring key performance indicators and continuously improving product performance - Contribute to the development and execution of product vision, strategy, and roadmap across one or more platform areas, aligning to broader program objectives - Decompose business requirements into well-defined features, epics, and user stories that support Agile delivery and high-quality execution - Partner closely with Product Owners, Engineering, and UX to ensure clarity of requirements, efficient delivery, and strong end-to-end product outcomes - Apply product management best practices across the product lifecycle (e.g., Agile delivery, backlog management, product readiness) to ensure consistent execution - Support go-to-market readiness and operational deployment by working cross-functionally with Delivery, Operations, and servicing teams - Champion a user-centric, data-driven approach, incorporating customer insights and "test and learn" methodologies to continuously improve the product experience - Engage with internal stakeholders and Voice of Customer channels to identify product opportunities and address friction points - Understand and apply Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices to ensure effective collaboration with engineering teams and delivery of high-quality software - Lead and develop a team of product managers and/or product management-technical (PMT) resources, providing coaching, prioritization guidance, and performance feedback - Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment across Product, Technology, and Business teams - Contribute to clear and concise communications for stakeholders and leadership on product progress, risks, and outcomes - Ensure consistent documentation and knowledge management practices to support scalability and operational efficiency All about You: - Experience operating in a matrixed environment, collaborating across Product, Engineering, and Operations teams - Demonstrated ability to independently manage product execution across a defined scope or platform area - Experience applying data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement practices in product delivery - Experience leading and developing product talent, including individual contributors and early-tenure managers - Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including peers and senior leaders - Experience translating customer feedback and business needs into actionable product

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
