Sr Software Development Manager

What You'll Do - Experience leading and managing software engineering teams building cloud-based or SaaS products. - A strong technical foundation, with the ability to engage credibly in architecture, design, and code-level trade-offs. - Experience leading teams that use AI-assisted, agentic development tools such as Claude Code, and foster their effective and responsible adoption. - Proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule and at a high-quality bar. - Experience partnering with product and design in an agile delivery environment. - Familiarity with modern cloud-native development, microservices, and public cloud providers (AWS preferred). - Experience developing engineers and growing talent through coaching and mentorship. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive clarity and direction amid ambiguity. - Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and business needs across cross-functional teams.

Nice To Have - Domain experience in identity security: IAM, NHI/Secrets, cloud IAM (AWS IAM, Microsoft Entra ID), OAuth/OIDC. - Experience delivering multi-tenant shared platform services consumed by other engineering teams. - Experience leading a team through a 0-to-1 module or domain build.
