Full job description

Duties and

Responsibilities - Develop, maintain, and improve quality dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and recurring performance reports - Analyze quality data-including nonconformances, defect trends, escapes, cost-of-poor- quality, rework, and inspection throughput to identify trends and improvement opportunities - Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual quality performance summaries in alignment with operational and customer

requirements - Perform variance analysis on inspection output, defect rates, resource utilization, supplier quality metrics, and cost impacts - Support quality forecasting and trend modeling, including capacity planning, defect reduction impact, and performance shifts - Extract, consolidate and validate large volumes of data from MES/PLM/ERP systems (Aegis, Jira, D365, Windchill, or equivalent) - Provide analytical support to leadership for performance evaluation and continuous improvement tracking - Support internal and external audits through preparation of quality metrics, compliance data, and documented performance evidence - Assist in QMS maintenance reporting required for AS9100 and ISO9001 standards - Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Assembly & Test, Supply Chain, Safety, and Program to assess supplier and internal performance - Participate in quality improvement initiatives, providing data-driven insights, ROI modeling, and metric development - Translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for cross-functional and executive audiences Required Qualifications and Skills - Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, business analytics, engineering or related field - 3+ years of experience in quality analytics, operations analytics, data analysis, (aerospace/defense industry preferred) - Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools with ability to manage and consolidate large datasets - Proficiency in BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, D365 reporting, or similar) - Experience with MES, PLM, and ERP systems such as Aegis, Jira, D365, Windchill or similar - Understanding of key quality metrics such as FPY, DPMO, NCR trends, Cost-of-Poor Quality (COPQ), rework rates, inspection throughput, and CAPA effectiveness - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with skill in trend interpretation and metric design - High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data governance - Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, quality, operations, supply chain, and program teams - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - including ability to display performance indicators for clear understanding - U.S.

Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance Preferred Qualifications and Skills - Experience working in aerospace quality environments with AS9100/ISO9001 - Knowledge of financial concepts such as variance analysis, forecasting, ROI, or cost modeling - Experience supporting quality investigations, audit readiness, or continuous improvement projects Your actual level and base salary will be determined case-by-case and may vary based on the job-related qualification, knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
