Account Manager, Fresh Pork Sales - Retail Accounts

- Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned retail grocery accounts

- Coordinate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales to ensure exceptional execution

- Resolve deductions, claims, pricing discrepancies, and service issues

- Identify opportunities to grow business and improve service

- Participate in daily sales planning and inventory discussions

- Ensure customers receive outstanding service from order through delivery

- Has 2-5 years of account management, retail sales, or food industry experience

- Communicates professionally and confidently with buyers and customer contacts

- Is organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

- Has experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office

- Enjoys collaborating across departments to solve customer challenges
