- Lead enterprise-wide capital planning and project portfolio management.
- Develop and maintain a rolling five-year capital investment roadmap.
- Establish PMO governance, project standards, reporting structures, and execution frameworks.
- Partner with plant leadership to identify and prioritize strategic investments.
- Oversee major facility, utility, infrastructure, automation, and production equipment projects.
- Develop engineering talent through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
- Drive project execution excellence across multiple manufacturing facilities.
- Improve organizational capabilities through standardization, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Diverse project portfolio ranging from infrastructure and utilities to automation and manufacturing systems.
- Ability to create engineering standards and practices that will shape the future of the organization.
- Experience leading large capital portfolios within manufacturing environments.
- Multi-site project management and capital planning expertise.
- Ability to influence leaders across operations, engineering, finance, and executive teams.
- Strong project governance and PMO leadership capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical audiences.
- Comfort managing competing priorities across multiple locations.
- You have led engineering, PMO, manufacturing excellence, or capital project organizations across multiple manufacturing sites and are comfortable managing large-scale capital portfolios exceeding $75M-$100M.
- You enjoy balancing long-term strategic planning with day-to-day execution, building processes, standards, and governance that improve how an organization operates.
- You are a strong communicator and coach who can influence executives, operations leaders, engineers, and non-technical stakeholders while developing the next generation of engineering talent.
- Your experience has primarily focused on individual project execution rather than managing enterprise-wide capital portfolios and investment strategies.
- Most of your leadership experience has been limited to single-site operations, small organizations, or capital programs under $10M-$20M.
- You prefer highly structured environments with established systems rather than helping build processes, create alignment, and lead organizational change.
