University degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven track record in pharmaceutical/biotech sales leadership, within Specialty Care.
Demonstrated experience leading and developing field‑based commercial teams with strong coaching capability.
Strong business acumen, analytical and strategic skills—ability to translate data (market data, Veeva insights, competitive intelligence) into concrete commercial plans.
Excellent stakeholder‑management skills and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with medical, marketing, and patient access teams.
Proven commercial leadership with successful product launches
Good command in english
Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent).
Experience launching specialty medicines in complex payer and provider environments.
Familiarity with high‑science or multispecialty therapy pathways
