Social Media & Project Manager

About the Role We’re looking for a proactive Social Media & Project Manager to help lead content, communication, and posting across multiple creator and brand accounts — including Nick Gross , Find Your Grind , and partner brands like X Games , BeeUp , Breakaway Festival , and Beatbox Beverages .

• Experience in social media management, posting, or creative project coordination
• Strong copywriting, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable being client-facing and managing multiple accounts simultaneously
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced creative environments
• Bonus: Familiarity with scheduling tools (Later, Planable, Sprout, etc.)
• Timezone: US or overlapping hours preferred (California timezone ideal)

• Range: $2500–$4500/month (based on experience and scope)
• Type: Part-time to full-time (growth potential based on performance)
• Location: Remote
