What You'll Be Doing: - Plan and lead daily activities and community outings for Nexus residents - Foster engagement through hobbies, social connections, and purposeful involvement - Support resident participation in volunteer opportunities and community partnerships - Assist with conflict resolution and promote a positive, inclusive environment - Collaborate on Nexus marketing events and provide photos for social media and family updates - Assist with pet care in the Nexus neighborhood - Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed - Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred - Experience with activity planning, older adults, or memory care is a plus - Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and a passion for enhancing resident well-being - Valid driver's license and clean driving record required - Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards - Willingness to work outside regular hours based on business needs - Effective communicator in verbal and written English - Comfortable working around animals and pets - Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
