Job Description Summary Our Madison site supports manufacturing and engineering operations focused on patient care and anesthesia delivery. Teams here work across quality, design, and production – helping ensure the products that reach healthcare providers uphold industry requirements to ensure patient safety and clinician approval.

  • Provide technical support to engineers during the design and development of manufacturing processes.
  • Assist in creating and modifying facility layouts and production floor plans.
  • Conduct equipment testing to ensure proper functionality and performance.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and identify solutions to routine technical issues.
  • Document test procedures, results, and findings accurately.
  • Support process improvement and equipment validation activities.
  • Follow established engineering and manufacturing standards, procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to support production objectives.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0-1 year of general work experience.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technical procedures.
  • Ability to perform equipment testing and troubleshooting activities.
  • Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under close supervision.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with standard office software.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Moderate understanding of general technical and manufacturing concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
