What We're Looking For: This role assists with the efficient operation of the warehouse by performing the physical and/or administrative tasks of shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products.

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping in accordance with company standards
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report discrepancies
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free from hazards
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
• Support other warehouse functions as needed, including loading and unloading trucks

• Must be at least 18+ years old
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Required

• Basic math and reading/writing skills are needed
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and order processing
• Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and procedures
• Ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like
• Working from heights such as roofs, ladders, or powered lifts:
• Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including awkward or tight and confined spaces
• Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods of time
• Stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, reaching, pushing, or pulling
• Adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions
• Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, or fingers
• Operating machinery or power tools
• Operating motor vehicles, industrial l vehicles, or heavy equipment
• Noisy environments

Incentive

Compensation: In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. Zebra
