Highlights promising ways to reposition the business through disruptive breakthroughs. Supports and works on experiments to demonstrate idea feasibility. Shares and communicates results clearly.

Conducts experimentations, trials, characterization, analysis and other tasks to support project needs Carry out appropriate R&D experimental design, trials, testing, recommendations to support other BU stakeholders and contribute to overall business improvements and growth Summarizes experimental and theoretical work to support invention disclosure submissions and patent filings Maintains an organized and tidy workspace to promote efficiency and a safe environment.

Qualifications: Bachelor's (BS) Degree in Science or similar discipline Preferred

Qualifications: Successful completion of a Zebra Technologies Internship Hands-On Lab R&D: Design, prepare, and physically execute bench-scale experiments, material trials, and chemical formulations to prove feasibility and accelerate product development.
