Vincent's Riverside Hospital Department: Continuing Professional Development Schedule: Full-time How you'll make an impact in this role Lead the end-to-end journey for Student Nurse Interns (SNIs), turning students into confident clinical professionals.

Manage schedules that balance student academic needs with high-quality patient care. Facilitate shadow shifts and department rotations to help interns find their desired specialty.

Serve as a visible, nurturing leader across shifts to support students in their very first healthcare roles. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
