We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking, and adaptable Lot Technician to support our operations team. This is not a typical lot attendant position. As a Lot Technician, you’ll be the go-to person who helps keep our operation running smoothly. Every day is different- you may be preparing vehicles for delivery, assisting with customer deliveries, completing end-of-lease inspections, or responding to an unexpected operational need.

• Complete a wide variety of ad hoc assignments, understanding that no two workdays will be the same.
• Prepare vehicles for customer delivery, including washing, detailing, fueling, and completing final quality inspections.
• Deliver and pick up vehicles from customers, dealerships and company locations.
• Fuel vehicles, jump-start batteries, replace key fob batteries, and assist with other basic vehicle support tasks.
• Conduct end-of-lease inspections and reports, documenting vehicle condition, mileage, and damage.
• Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and appearance of the vehicle lot and staging areas.
• Support the Inventory teams wherever assistance is needed.
• Run operational errands and complete miscellaneous tasks that help keep the business moving efficiently.
• Follow all company safety policies and maintain a professional appearance while representing United Fleet Management.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate full-size pickup trucks and other company vehicles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
