- Oversees daily activities of operations and maintenance teams using digital scheduling tools. - Assigns work orders and monitors task completion in a computerized maintenance management system. - Ensures adherence to safety protocols during field activities. - Provides coaching and guidance to team members on technical procedures. - Reviews maintenance documentation for accuracy. - Coordinates emergency response efforts at the site level. - Communicates operational updates to management. - Supports workforce training and development initiatives. - Performs other duties as assigned.
Frequent, independent driving to meetings, company locations, field locations and/or active incidents sites while maintaining a focus on safety and compliance with traffic laws is essential to this position and cannot reasonably be accomplished via alternative transportation.
