Employee Development & Training Associate II

Career Level: P1 Primary Purpose: Executes defined analyses and prepares core learning artifacts under guidance. Learns business context, instructional methods, and platform tools while contributing to scheduled programs. Operates with clear deliverables and review cycles.

• Conducts needs assessments using interviews, surveys, and data provided by senior staff; summarizes gaps and priorities.
• Drafts learning objectives, outlines, and basic storyboards for modules or workshops.
• Develops short e‑learning units or job aids following templates and visual standards.
• Facilitates small, well‑defined sessions and captures attendance and evaluation results.
• Builds pre‑ and post‑assessments and tracks changes in knowledge or confidence.
• Prepares progress reports on enrollments, completions, and satisfaction for program owners.
• Documents risks (e.g., low completion, content mismatches) and proposes next‑step options.
• Partners with support staff to ensure logistics and platform setup meet requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
