The Lead Electrical Engineer is responsible for exploring new technologies, designing new hardware, validating and debugging, and bringing products to mass production and to our customers.

  • Concept : Work with the cross functional team/vendor to come out the outline of electrical as well as Compliance design based on Product specification
  • Simulation : Utilized the simulation tool to identify the risk areas that need to be highlighted.
  • Design :Reviewed/Created electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system layouts using CAD software.
  • Troubleshooting : Identify root causes of design failures and develop cost-effective mitigation strategies
  • Compliance Testing : Perform EMC Testing including Radiated and Conducted Emissions, Immunity, ESD, and Identify root causes of compliance failures and develop cost-effective mitigation strategies (e.g., adding filters, ferrites, or modifying shielding).

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Familiar with Simulation tool such as Cadence Sigirity or ANSYS Familiar with all kind of Electrical Engineering tool such as soldering machine, power supply, Oscillation Scope and so son
  • Proficiency with high-end diagnostic and troubleshooting equipment including Spectrum Analyzer, EMI receiver, VNA and Signal Generator
  • Mastery of global standards such as FCC (USA), ISED (Canada), CE Mark (Europe), and KC (Korea). This includes specific knowledge of Korean Radio Certification and FCC Certification protocols,Layout review
  • Experienced using computational modeling tools like ANSYS HFSS, CST Studio Suite, or FEKO to predict EMI issues before physical prototyping.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex regulatory requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experienced with high speed standards, such as USB, MIPI, HDMI, DisplayPort, RGMII and PCIe EMC testing
  • Experience with long cable like USB, HDMI and Coaxial cable EMC testing
  • Interested in technology and keeping at the forefront of technology

This position offers an annual base salary typically between $144,000 and $200,000. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
