Clinical & Operational Oversight: Manage daily nursing department operations to ensure patient access needs are met and high-quality clinical objectives are achieved.

Strategic Delegation & Monitoring: Assign clinical duties based on individual staff competencies and monitor daily workflows to maintain high operational standards and job proficiency.

Quality Assurance & Collaboration: Partner with leadership to keep department processes up to date, while actively participating in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.

What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required .

American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
