Serving as a key interface between Product Engineering, Project Management, and stakeholders, the team ensures efficient execution across global environments while meeting timelines, budgets, and quality targets.

What you can look forward to as Technical Project Management Engineer:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional engineering efforts across product development teams
- Manage engineering budgets, ensuring cost control and alignment with business cases
- Plan and maintain project schedules to meet time, cost, and quality targets
- Act as the technical interface between engineering, project teams, customers, and stakeholders
- Ensure successful completion of project gate reviews with high quality and timeliness
- Drive product maturity while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Oversee requirements management, ensuring full lifecycle traceability and managing risks and changes
- Coordinate validation, testing, problem-solving, FMEA activities, and support launch and production ramp-up while providing regular project updates
- Minimum 3 years' experience in product development within a technical or automotive environment
- 2+ years project management skills (planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource coordination)
- Knowledge of product development processes (e.g., V-model, stage-gate)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global, matrixed environment

Compensation: The expected base compensation for this role is $69,700 - $110,300 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position - Engineer I, Engineer II, and Engineer III pay levels included in this range.
