HR Spec II-Staffing/Recruit

We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team in Gray Court, South Carolina. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of a global team and work closely with all divisions to hire top talent for ZF.

What can you look forward to as Talent Acquisition Specialist:

- Develop job postings and decide where to source for qualified candidates / Conduct initial screening with candidates to determine match to the position requirements.

- Schedule interviews and/or assessments with local human resources and/or hiring teams as requested.

- Work closely with local human resources representatives and hiring managers to prepare and extend employment offers and complete search process (e.g. feedback to candidates not selected, etc.).

- Manage compliance to applicable employment laws and requirements specific to recruitment (applicant recordkeeping, etc.).

- Maintain a variety of recruiting data and prepare reports to communicate recruitment status and performance against identified metrics (e.g. cost-per-hire, days to close, interview: hire ratio, etc.).

- May be responsible for providing coaching/training to human resources representatives and/or hiring teams on use of situation-based interview techniques.

- Act as recruiting Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing market insight and guidance to the business

- Actively source passive candidates to develop talent pipelines

- Bachelor Degree required, preferably in the field directly related to Human Resources (HR Development, Labor Relations, etc.)

- Ideal candidate would possess high-energy, be highly motivated and a self-starter

- Previous experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter (preferred)

- Ability to manage multiple job requisitions; track candidates; and follow through on recruitment projects
