As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects across the organization. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams—engineering, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders—to ensure successful delivery of both near-term initiatives and long-term Technology Operations strategies.

You will guide teams through structured project execution, drive operational maturity, and ensure alignment with business, security, and compliance objectives.

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables;
  • Translate complex technical requirements into clearly defined project plans;
  • Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps and project plans to track milestones, dependencies, and progress;
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs while maintaining alignment with business priorities;
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure clear communication for the seamless execution of projects;
  • Establish and maintain effective vendor relationships, including oversight of tool evaluations and implementations for monitoring platforms, automated patching, and backup/recovery solutions;
  • Work alongside technical resources to project manage the development, test, launch and support phases;
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques;
  • Report and escalate project delays and risks to management as needed;
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure timely delivery;
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including project plans, status reports, and executive summaries.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred;
  • 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment;
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple project priorities;
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools;
  • Strong written, verbal and communication skills with the demonstrated ability to work with all levels within the organization;
  • Strong organizational, analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail, process oriented;
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Experience working with third party vendors;
  • Knowledge of SaaS based platforms and familiarity with cloud technologies is preferred;
  • Comfortable working in a largely Microsoft 365 environment and related tools;
  • Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools as well as familiarity with Agile methodologies.
