Supervisor, Field Operations (DOT)

- Oversees day-to-day field activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company procedures. - Assigns work orders, schedules crews, and monitors progress to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of tasks. - Conducts on-site inspections to verify quality and adherence to operational guidelines. - Provides technical guidance and resolves routine operational issues for field staff. - Maintains accurate records of work performed, safety checks, and resource utilization. - Communicates with customers and stakeholders to address service concerns and ensure satisfaction. - Supports emergency response and restoration activities. - Reinforces safety culture through regular training and field audits. - Performs other duties as assigned.
