Sr Manager, Engineering Project Management- Complex Project Delivery

- Defines multi-year roadmaps (methods, tooling, analytics, skills) and secures funding with measurable exit criteria.

- Aligns compliance, safety, project specifications, inspection standards, and evidence requirements; enforces change control.

- Launches major reduction programs (schedule recovery, outage reduction, warranty issues) with quantified baselines.

- Implements enterprise dashboards and standardized data definitions for decision-quality reporting.

- Oversees supplier development with scorecards, audits, negotiated commitments, and escalations.

- Integrates delivery requirements into capital planning and operational excellence initiatives.

- Balances portfolio trade-offs among speed, cost, access, and quality and documents rationale.

- Represents the function at division reviews and resolves resource conflicts.

- Performs other duties as assigned.
