- Leads initiatives to improve safety culture, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across all field activities.
- Provides guidance to senior supervisors and supervisors in resolving complex technical and organizational challenges.
- Represents the organization in regulatory audits, stakeholder meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
- Drives operational efficiency through technology adoption and process improvements.
- Ensures alignment of field operations with organizational objectives.
