- Manages multiple sections within field operations, setting priorities and aligning resources to meet organizational goals. - Develops and implements strategic plans and operational policies to optimize service delivery and system reliability. - Oversees budget performance for capital and O&M projects, ensuring adherence to financial targets and timelines. - Leads initiatives to improve safety culture, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across all field activities. - Provides guidance to senior supervisors and supervisors in resolving complex technical and organizational challenges. - Represents the organization in regulatory audits, stakeholder meetings, and strategic planning sessions. - Drives operational efficiency through technology adoption and process improvements. - Ensures alignment of field operations with organizational objectives. - Performs other duties as assigned.
