Primary Purpose Supervises dispatch and scheduling staff to deliver daily service safely and on time. Monitors real-time performance, enforces procedures, and coaches team members to maintain documentation quality and adherence.
- Assigns workloads and sets daily performance targets for coordinators and specialists.
- Monitors live queues and intervenes to resolve coverage gaps or emergent events.
- Enforces pre-job safety and certification checks within scheduling workflows.
- Reviews documentation quality (codes, reason notes, closures) and corrects deviations.
- Provides day-to-day coaching, feedback, and skill development for staff.
- Aligns start times, crew readiness, and material pre-kit with field supervisors.
- Reports daily KPIs (adherence, completions, exceptions, overtime) and proposes fixes.
- Participates in after-action reviews and implements corrective actions.
