WHOOP is hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support the growth and operational scaling of our wholesale and B2B channels. As WHOOP expands into new markets and customer segments, this role will play a critical part in optimizing how orders, inventory, and fulfillment data flows between WHOOP and its wholesale partners.

You’ll be a key contributor in evolving the technology and processes that support wholesale operations, balancing strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of operational workflows, partner enablement, and financial accuracy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

*This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.*

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $145,000 - $175,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.

BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.

4+ years of professional experience in business systems, ERP administration, systems implementation, operations technology, or related technical roles.

Experience driving operational business processes such as supply chain, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, procurement, manufacturing, or fulfillment.

Experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.

Strong ability to translate business processes into scalable system designs and technical requirements.

Proven ability to independently drive projects and operational improvements in fast-paced environments.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.

Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies, systems, and business domains.

Self-starter mentality with a high degree of ownership and accountability.

Strong experience and commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.

Autonomously partner with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, and external partners to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Manage and improve business-critical operational systems including ERP, MRP, warehouse management, transportation management, inventory, and demand & supply planning platforms.

Conceive, design, build, test, deploy, and support solutions related to inventory movement, fulfillment, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, and operational reporting.

Lead complex cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment, execution, and accountability across technical and business teams.

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency across systems and workflows.

Collaborate with internal Engineering teams and external vendors on integrations, APIs, automations, and system enhancements.

Define and execute user acceptance testing, training, and change management initiatives for end users.

Develop documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.

Demonstrate unusually high levels of ownership, initiative, and autonomy in solving problems and driving projects forward.

Own initiatives end-to-end from discovery and requirements gathering through implementation, testing, rollout, and operational support.

Be hands-on using AI platforms and tools to improve workflows, accelerate analysis, prototype solutions, and increase team efficiency.

Coach and up-level BSAs on your team and neighboring teams through direct and indirect mentorship.

Experience with WMS, TMS, MRP, or related supply chain platforms.

Experience working with APIs, integrations, middleware, or automation platforms.

Experience in high-growth consumer products, ecommerce, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
