Partnerships Strategy & Ops

We are looking to hire a Founding Partnerships Strategy & Ops Associate to take ownership of our partnership growth engine. You will be closely partnered with the founder and the product & bizops teams to identify, build, and scale strategic relationships that accelerate Blossom's growth. You will help create the systems, processes, and operating infrastructure that enable us to expand our network of referral partners, healthcare organizations, and strategic stakeholders across the country.

- Define new processes, workflows, and technologies to solve previously unencountered, first-pass problems

- Work hand-in-hand with the Founder and other business leaders day-in and day-out

- Help build the operational foundation that enables Blossom to scale partnership growth nationwide

- 2+ years of professional experience in partnerships, business operations, consulting, growth, business development, healthcare, or a high-growth, high-standards organization
