Personal Banker role in the Mount Prospect, IL market. The successful candidate will be performing all customer service functions while maintaining positive relationships with coworkers and customers.</h3><p></p><h3>The position includes a generous salary of up to $65K plus incentives and an excellent benefits program.</h3><p></p><h3>Sr.

Personal Banker responsibilities include:</h3><ul> <li><h3>Manage customer bank accounts; open, close and oversee transactions</h3></li> <li><h3>Resolve issues with banking services and accounts</h3></li> <li><h3>Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve basic inquiries for deposit and basic loan questions.&nbsp;</h3></li> <li><h3>Perform account maintenance for customers who want to change their banking products</h3></li> <li><h3>Learn and follow the bank’s operating procedures</h3></li> <li><h3>Process additional functions including detailed reporting as assigned by supervisor&nbsp;</h3></li> <li><h3>Escalate issues when necessary to supervisor in order to achieve successful customer service</h3></li> </ul><h3>Who Are You?</h3><h3>You’re someone who wants to influence your own development.
