The successful candidate will be performing all customer service functions while maintaining positive relationships with coworkers and customers.</h3><h3>The position includes a generous salary of up to $60k plus incentives and an excellent benefits program.</h3><p></p><h3>Personal Banker responsibilities include:</h3><ul> <li><h3>Managing customer accounts.</h3></li> <li><h3>Opening, closing, and overseeing all transactions.</h3></li> <li><h3>Managing loan pipeline, understanding loan documentation, and following through to obtain all required documentation from members.</h3></li> <li><h3>Communicating with customers and resolving basic inquiries for deposit and basic loan questions.</h3></li> <li><h3>Performing account maintenance for customers who are interested in other banking products.</h3></li> <li><h3>Ensuring the customer’s needs are achieved by conducting a thorough financial needs assessment and offering the most appropriate products and services.</h3></li> <li><h3>Accepting and inputting loan applications to assist customers in completing the loan process and helping to obtain the required documentation.</h3></li> <li><h3>Processing additional functions including detailed reporting as assigned.</h3></li> <li><h3>Providing solutions to customers regarding financial products and services.</h3></li> <li><h3>Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of all Banks’ products and services.</h3></li> <li><h3>Escalating issues to supervisor when necessary.</h3></li> <li><h3>Assisting management in training and mentoring less experienced personal financial officers.</h3></li> <li><h3>Performing other duties as assigned.</h3></li> </ul><p></p><h3>Who Are You?</h3><h3>You’re someone who wants to influence your own development.
