As a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in our outpatient clinic, you will provide meaningful, hands-on therapy while building relationships with children and families in a supportive, team-driven environment.</p><p>Our clinicians primarily serve children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, neurological conditions, genetic disorders, and sensory-motor challenges.
Our goal is to help children build strength, coordination, balance, mobility, and independence through evidence-based, child-centered care.</p><p><strong>Your Role</strong><br>
- Provide hands-on pediatric therapy focused on gross motor development, balance, coordination, strength, and mobility<br>
- PTs evaluate patients and develop treatment plans; PTAs implement treatment plans under the supervision of a PT<br>
- Use play-based, engaging interventions to support progress and participation<br>
- Document patient care accurately in Raintree EMR<br>
- Partner with families and caregivers to support progress at home<br>
