Card Intelligent Decisions & Experiences (CIDX) in Card Tech+ is responsible for the decisioning technology that guides our customers through their entire credit journey - from marketing, to product offers, real-time transaction approvals, and more. Within this organization, the Decisioning Platform (DP) team is transforming decision-making at Capital One by developing a transparent, explainable framework for creating and executing complex credit decisions. This framework integrates orchestration, data fetching, and computation into single, unified execution to support a variety of decisions, such as credit card pre-approvals and credit line changes.
