Work in a values-driven culture. At Simon-Kucher, our vision is to become the world's leading growth specialist. Our values guide the way we do business and communicate our distinctiveness.

They sum up what we stand for, influence our culture, and drive how and why we do things. How you will create an impact: As a Senior Manager at Simon-Kucher, you will be a critical member of our Industrials consulting team in North America.

Own high-impact client engagements from strategy through execution; shaping C-suite decisions with sharp insights, commercial rigor, and industry expertise that drive measurable growth.

Lead complex projects with an entrepreneurial mindset, balancing strategic excellence, client impact, and commercial performance across timelines, budgets, and delivery.

Inspire and mentor high-performing consulting teams to develop innovative and actionable insights and recommendations using data, analytics, and research that deliver impactful recommendations for clients.

Become a trusted advisor to senior executives by delivering tailored strategies that unlock growth, pricing power, profitability, and long-term competitive advantage.

Influence executive stakeholders at every stage of the engagement; from diagnosing critical business challenges to securing alignment around transformative solutions.

Shape the future of the Industrials practice by building new capabilities, tools, and go-to-market approaches that keep clients ahead of industry disruption.

Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, deepening client relationships, and expanding Simon-Kucher's footprint across the Industrials sector.

Deliver exceptional client experiences, even in high-pressure environments, through proactive communication, executive presence, and solution-oriented leadership.

Prepare client-ready deliverables and independently present strategic recommendations to senior leadership teams, adapting quickly to feedback and evolving priorities.

Lead multiple client engagements simultaneously while developing consultants through hands-on coaching, mentorship, and real-time feedback. Lead project teams to desired end-goal by defining clear roles and responsibilities, demonstrating strong project management approach and execution cadence, and being the primary point of contact for client teams.

Design engagement workplans and guide the team through the project activities, including oversight of market research, customer insights, advanced analytics, and commercial strategy analysis to obtain key insights, findings, and takeaways for clients.

Serve as the strategic quarterback for project teams, setting direction, establishing accountability, and acting as the primary trusted partner for client leadership.

Ensure quality and impact across multiple workstreams by providing rigorous oversight, thoughtful guidance, and timely feedback that elevates both teams and deliverables.

Play a pivotal role in growing Simon-Kucher's Industrials business through thought leadership, proposal development, client pitches, and expansion opportunities with existing clients.

Collaborate with senior leaders and peers to create market-leading thought leadership that shapes conversations across the Industrials sector.

Stay at the forefront of market trends, emerging technologies, and commercial innovations to help clients navigate change and outperform competitors.

Continuously improve how we work by identifying smarter processes, scalable tools, and innovative approaches that increase impact and efficiency.

Coach and develop consultants staffed on projects and be an objective, trusted Career Development Advisor (CDA) to junior team members. Lead with empathy, resilience, and emotional intelligence when managing conflict and/or communicating change.

Help attract and integrate exceptional talent, playing a key role in building the next generation of Industrials consultants. Contribute beyond client work as a visible leader who helps shape Simon-Kucher's culture and success.

Your profile: Outstanding drive, determination, and desire to be part of a growing, top-tier consulting firm. A passion for the Industrials sector and a strong understanding of the trends, disruptions, and commercial challenges shaping the industry today.

An undergraduate degree is required; MS, MA, MBA, or other advanced degree is preferred. Minimum 7+ years of experience in a professional services environment, ideally in management consulting, serving the Industrials industry.

Demonstrated success leading high-impact commercial strategy engagements, including growth strategy, pricing, go-to-market transformation, segmentation, sales effectiveness, marketing, value proposition development, distribution, product portfolio design, and monetization strategies.

Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data and market dynamics into clear, actionable insights that influence executive decision-making.

Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, with confidence to succinctly present findings, takeaways, and key recommendations to senior client stakeholders and leadership teams.

A proven ability to lead teams through ambiguity, solve complex business problems, and deliver results in fast-paced, high-performance environments.

Experience managing multiple client engagements simultaneously, balancing strategic quality, commercial performance, timelines, budgets, and team development.

Brings a strong work ethic, highly collaborative approach, team-first mentality, and an exceptional entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and driving impact.

A leadership style grounded in empathy, inclusivity, and emotional intelligence, with a passion for mentoring and developing future consulting leaders.

Strong relationship-building skills and a demonstrated ability to establish trusted advisor status with senior executives and client decision-makers.

A track record of contributing to business development efforts, including selling follow-on engagements, identifying new opportunities, and supporting proposal and pitch development.

Flexibility and willingness to travel approximately 25% to support client engagements and business development activities. Total compensation for this role includes base salary, performance bonus, eligibility for annual merit-based increases, and a comprehensive benefits package.

The base salary range for this position is between $190,000 to $210,000 per year for U.S. roles. Specific compensation within these ranges will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and location.

Salary ranges are reviewed periodically to ensure alignment with market conditions.

Benefits for eligible employees include paid time off, 13 paid holidays, medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
