Specialist, Investor Services Operations Representative

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Investor Services Operations Representative to join our team. This role is located in Westborough, MA / Boston, MA ( 4 days in office expectation).

• Process and verify transactions efficiently by demonstrating expertise in transaction processing systems and protocols

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established guidelines

• Collaborate with team members to resolve transaction discrepancies, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities

• Maintain client records accurately by employing a thorough understanding of data management practices

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

• Professional certification in transaction processing or a related discipline is advantageous

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate transaction processing
