Job Description What is the Opportunity?
Provide effective risk assessment, credit analysis, adjudication and monitoring of an Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) portfolio.
What will you do?
- Assess and monitor Asset Backed Securities (ABS) borrowers across commercial and consumer ABS asset classes
- Evaluate less established / less granular ABS asset classes (Fiber, Data Centers, etc) and incorporate operating risks into assessments
- Provide effective risk assessment, credit analysis, adjudication and monitoring of assigned portfolio
- Assign ratings to ABS borrowers and continuously monitor portfolio for ratings accuracy
- Work closely with the business line on risks of new transactions under consideration and provide feedback and guidance as required
- Implement quantitative analytical methods and related technology-based tools to analyze data to effectively monitor, measure, and manage credit risks
- Ensure credit transactions are following credit risk management policies and procedures, limits, and guidelines
What do you need to succeed?
- 3+ years experience with Securitization or Structured Products. Candidates with Corporate NBFI or Project Finance will be considered
- Previous credit risk or rating agency experience preferred
- High attention to detail and confidence / ability to challenge the first line
- Ability to write and present credit recommendations in a clear and concise manner
- High level of self-motivation; able to manage conflicting priorities
- Able to work independently; able to work well in teams
- Proficiency with AI tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

The expected salary range for this particular position is $120,000-$200,000 (New York), depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
