Full job description

Join the Global Content Marketing Team within our Global Asset Management (GAM) business, where you will play an integral role in the origination, production, distribution and measurement of investment marketing content across diverse media platforms. As an Associate Director for Content Marketing, you will lead the development of content for the US market and help accelerate the evolution of the content function globally.

Your work will enhance RBC GAM's engagement with our target audiences - in particular, driving new content relevant to intermediary audiences.

- Partner with Investment, Distribution, and Marketing teams to generate high impact thought leadership across media channels (print, digital, video), ensuring alignment with commercial goals and client needs - Leverage and adapt content from other offices, and r efresh and update existing evergreen materials, such as webpages and whitepapers - Take accountability for editorial calendars, timely delivery, impact measurement and stakeholder engagement - Proactively work with key Investment and Distribution stakeholders to help define and articulate client needs, key messages and client call to action ahead of content production, ensuring these messages are clearly reflected in content output - Leverage insights, including using AI tools, across different media types, geographies and distribution opportunities.

In particular, work closely with global content teams to ensure swift leverage of content across regions - Partner with Digital and Marketing teams to analyze content performance, share insights, and identify opportunities for improvement, such as campaign success or A/B testing results - Pilot new content formats, technologies, and distribution tactics to stay ahead of industry trends.

Specifically, demonstrate efficiency gains through AI

- 10+ years' experience in leading on the creation of investment insights within asset management. Deep knowledge of investment markets and decision making, and confidence to challenge/influence senior stakeholders. Investment strategy experience covering fixed income, equities, and alternatives - Proven ability to originate audience appropriate content independently and distill complex investment concepts into clear, engaging and visually compelling content for institutional and intermediary audiences across multiple geographies - Prolific output capacity, problem-solving agility, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment - Ability to take the lead on stakeholder engagement and collaborate with multiple audiences to achieve shared objectives, coupled with the proven autonomy to drive initiatives independently. - Experience deploying AI tools for content optimization and efficiency, and a growth mindset for testing emerging trends - A working understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks across jurisdictions, particularly in US, and other geographies a plus

The expected salary range for this particular position is $99,000-$176,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
