Education: High school
Experience: 5+ years
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Active DOD Secret Clearance - US Citizenship - A Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field
- An Associates Degree and 2 years of additional experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field or A High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.
- 5 years of experience (Experience with exposure in the areas of engineering/science management, operations research analysis, financial/cost analysis, as well as an expert level knowledge and experience with Navy acquisition and submarine programs highly preferred) - Knowledge and experience with Navy acquisition and submarine programs. - Experience leading a project and interfacing with an end item customer. - Ability to travel at least 10% of the time.
- A current or active DoD Secret security clearance. - Knowledge of program management, to include the acquisition process, the budgeting process and Navy program execution. - Active-duty experience in the Submarine Service. - Recent experience in Team Submarine.
