Summary Responsible for analyzing and translating strategic plans/needs and industry trends to map out how a business should function and determine capability gaps.

Develop and expand capability strategy by internal development of the existing platform or by supporting the sales process with clients in developing/designing operating models and functional/client architecture and through new clients.

Provide guidance around business analysis to support the business strategy using modeling methods. Partner with IT in developing an IT framework/product.

Provide vision to project teams, resolving cross domain functional issues and aligning project work to the vision/functional designs provided.

This role is client-facing (works with external asset management companies) and internally focused (works with technology partners and operational areas), with the objective of engaging with clients to accurately articulate business requirements and understand and solve business problems in order to provide robust and integrated solutions.

Major

Duties : 1. Seasoned multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical and / or business knowledge and functional expertise 2. Focus of role is on execution of strategic direction of business function activities 3.

Carries out complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues 4. Displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity 5.

Define standard set of tactical and strategic CCO reports needed and align stakeholders on data sources and data maps to be used for board, scorecard, and other metrics within the 1LOD and 2LOD.

This includes creation and maintenance of the data map, establishing data dictionary, and aligning standards across 1LOD and 2LOD 6. Understand the overall health of the internal risk and control environment, identify trends, weaknesses, and determination of required mitigation actions. 7.

Experience in reviewing and interpreting CCO deliverables in scope of overall company objectives and priorities, providing recommendations, and taking initiative on projects or team tasks, while managing multiple priorities effectively and driving outcomes independently 8.

Advancing proactive risk management culture transformation within the organization 9. Demonstrated ability to present to senior audience Knowledge : In-depth understanding of Risk and Control framework, Business and Data modeling, and Business analysis Experience with reporting solutions for the Risk and Control management similar to Qlik Sense, IBM Open Pages, Service Now, Tableau Experience designing solutions in PowerBI, proficient in Excel Excellent oral and written communication skills are required In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required Highly flexible and adaptable to change Leadership and organizational skills are required to determine the Business Unit's goals, resources needed, and to assess and develop the skills of staff. #LI-GG1 #LI-Hybrid Experience : Seasoned expert with extensive technical and business knowledge and functional expertise that has been developed over 15+ years and/or equivalent experience.
