Security Officer Part Time Unarmed - Overnight

- Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate. - Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, parking areas, entrances, perimeter locations, and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. - Monitor access points and observe visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity in accordance with community policies and procedures. - Respond to incidents, resident concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed. - Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear documentation of patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities.

- Possess supervisory experience. - Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience. - Be at least 21 years of age. - A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. - Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. - Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. - Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. - Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. - A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
