The Opportunity: Perform deeply technical all-source analysis of foreign intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) command, control, and communications (C3) systems.
Evaluate foreign missile C3 architectures, map node structures, analyze communications pathways, characterize vulnerabilities and resilience, and develop high-fidelity assessments informed by GEOINT, SIGINT, MASINT, HUMINT and OSINT.
Lead intensive analytic efforts focused on strategic missile C3 nodes, integrate multi-disciplined intelligence, develop indicators and warning frameworks, and extrapolate technical behaviors beyond the current intelligence record.
Identify information gaps and threat information needs and process requests for information (RFI) tools to conduct additional collection and analysis.
Author and coordinate threat assessment products on foreign missile programs combining intelligence information and Department of War (DoW) technical operations analysis in collaboration with IC and DoW partners.

You Have: 5+ years of experience supporting DoW or Army intelligence missions with an emphasis on technical and system level analysis Experience analyzing foreign ICBM systems, C3 architectures, node mapping, communications pathways, telemetry control functions, and supporting infrastructure Experience applying multi-disciplined intelligence sources to produce integrated analytic assessments Experience producing IC or senior level analytic products and leading cross functional analytic efforts Experience with foreign strategic forces doctrine, EW or cyber threats to C3 systems, and multi-domain operational concepts Ability to identify intelligence gaps and draft target collection requirements TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree in a STEM field such as engineering, physics, or computer science Nice If You Have: Experience characterizing foreign missile threats across terrestrial, maritime, or space domains Experience with system R&D timelines, performance evaluation, and technical signature analysis for strategic systems Knowledge of foreign ground-based radar, integrated air defense systems, and associated technical architecture Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
