Security Officer Full Time Reception Access Coordinator

- Provide customer service to residents, visitors, vendors, and/or guests by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at the front desk of a commercial real estate location. - Monitor access to the property by greeting visitors, verifying authorization, issuing visitor credentials as directed, and maintaining accurate visitor and vendor logs. - Observe lobby and entrance activity, monitor cameras and building systems as assigned, and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel. - Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures. - Communicate professionally with property management, residents, and emergency responders while completing required reports and documentation.

- At least 6 months of security-related experience is required. - Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred. - Customer service experience is preferred. - A guard card or license is preferred. - Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. - Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. - Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. - Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. - Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. - A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
