Key Responsibilities
- Prepare installation and test validation procedures, protocols, and related documentation in alignment with regulatory agency requirements and internal company standards.
- Compile, review, and analyze validation data to assess results and identify trends, risks, or opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare validation reports and provide recommendations for process changes, corrective actions, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Investigate and troubleshoot validation-related issues, working cross-functionally to identify practical and compliant solutions.
- Maintain accurate validation documentation, records, and files to support audit readiness and ongoing compliance.
- Apply current industry practices and quality principles to support consistent, reliable manufacturing processes.
Job Requirements
- Mid-level experience in QC microbiology, validation, quality assurance, or a related function within a regulated environment.
- Working knowledge of validation principles, documentation practices, and applicable regulatory expectations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile data, interpret results, and prepare clear technical reports.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate, compliant records.
- Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
